TSXP57254M Schneider Relay Module

TSXP57254M is a high-performance CPU module from Schneider Electric's Modicon Premium series. It adopts the Unity Premium 572x4 architecture and is equipped with FIPIO interface, supporting efficient data processing and communication capabilities. This module integrates a storage capacity of 192Kb and can be expanded to a maximum of 768Kb through PCMCIA cards, meeting the storage requirements of complex control programs. Its bus configuration supports 2 network interfaces (SV ≥ 2.3), 4 AS-I buses, 1 CANopen bus, and 1 fieldbus, achieving efficient integration of multi protocol devices. a maximum of 768Kb through PCMCIA cards.

Supports 2 network interfaces (SV ≥ 2.3), 4 AS-I buses, 1 CANopen
bus, and 1 fieldbus.
Instruction execution time:
The execution time of Boolean instructions is only 37ns, and the
execution time of numerical instructions is only 45ns,
demonstrating their efficient processing capability.
Communication ability:
The communication rate of the backplane bus is a constant 12Mbps,
which does not attenuate with the increase of rack and
communication distance, ensuring the real-time and deterministic
performance of the system.
The communication adopts the standard industrial Ethernet protocol
Modbus TCP/IP specified in the national standard GB/Z19582-3, and
the application layer adopts the open Modbus protocol with a
communication rate of not less than 100Mbps.
Ethernet supports IO scanning mode, which can automatically
identify various devices on the Ethernet network, making it
convenient for users to add or remove devices online in real time
and easy to maintain.
CPU characteristics:
The CPU memory can be expanded to 7MB, ensuring sufficient
available program space.
The CPU has a built-in real-time clock that can provide time stamps
for all information.
The CPU has ample registers to choose from, meeting the
requirements of complex control tasks.
The CPU module integrates multiple processors, with the main
processor handling program operations and the co processor handling
communication, ensuring high system availability.
Programming and Simulation:
The PLC programming software complies with the IEC61131-3 standard
and provides programming languages such as LD (ladder diagram), FBD
(function block diagram), ST (structured text), SFC (sequential
function diagram), IL (instruction list), etc. to achieve offline
simulation functionality.
Provided an integrated PLC simulator that can be debugged without
hardware, improving productivity.
Interfaces and extensions:
The CPU is integrated with an Ethernet interface and a 12Mbps USB
high-speed programming port, making it convenient for users to
connect and program.
Support the expansion of multiple input and output modules to meet
the needs of different application scenarios.
