TSXP5730 Schneider Relay Module

Belonging to the Schneider PLC Premium series processor module, it has industrial grade design, high protection level (such as IP30), wide power input range (such as DC 9-36V), supports redundant dual power supply and isolation protection functions, may integrate fieldbus interfaces such as Profibus DP, supports multiple network topologies (such as point-to-point, chain type, star type, redundant dual network and fiber ring network self-healing protection), and is equipped with status indicator lights and relay alarm output functions, suitable for industrial automation scenarios with high reliability and real-time requirements.

Technical specifcations for TSXP5730

Processor performance: It has high computing speed, for example,
Boolean instructions only require 37ns to execute, and numeric
instructions only require 45ns, which can quickly process program
logic.
Storage capacity: The integrated storage capacity may be 192Kb,
which can be expanded to a maximum of 1792Kb through PCMCIA cards
to meet the storage needs of large-scale programs.
Bus and network support: Supports multiple bus protocols, such as 3
field buses, 8 AS-I buses, and 1 CANopen bus, compatible with
multiple industrial communication standards.
I/O points: May support 1024 discrete I/O and 128 analog I/O,
suitable for signal acquisition and control in complex automation
systems.
Protection level and design: Adopting industrial grade design, the
protection level may reach IP30, equipped with a corrugated
aluminum reinforced casing, supporting 35mm DIN rail installation,
suitable for harsh industrial environments.
Power and Protection: Supports DC (9-36) V wide power input, with
dual power redundancy and isolation protection functions, and can
switch to backup power in case of power failure.
Communication speed and interface: Supports multiple commonly used
speeds of Profibus DP bus, which can be manually set or rate
adaptive through dip switches. The fiber interface speed may reach
155Mb/s.
Environmental adaptability: The working temperature range may be
-20 ℃ to+60 ℃, and the electromagnetic compatibility has been
certified by EMC testing, making it suitable for complex
electromagnetic environments in industrial sites.
Status indication and alarm: equipped with 6 dual color LED status
indicator lights, real-time display of device operation status;
Equipped with power failure relay output alarm function for easy
troubleshooting.
