TSX4740 Schneider Relay Module

TSX4740 is an early PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) product
launched by Schneider Electric, belonging to the TSX series. It was
widely used as a core component of electrical control systems in
the field of industrial automation. For example, in the electrical
control system of the punching machine in the cradle line of the
welding workshop of Dongfeng Mold Stamping Technology Co., Ltd.,
the original system used this type of PLC. However, due to product
discontinuation and the increasing failure rate with service life,
it is now mostly replaced and upgraded by new generation PLC
products such as Modicon Premium based on the new UNITY platform.
Its hardware architecture and programming software no longer meet
the current mainstream technical standards.

Technical specifcations for TSX4740

Hardware architecture: adopting modular design, supporting tray
unit or box unit installation, suitable for high-rise shelving
scenarios such as elevated forklift warehouses, meeting the
requirements of early industrial automation for equipment
compactness and scalability.
Electrical parameters: It may be equipped with a DC power interface
(such as 24V DC) to adapt to common power supply environments in
industrial sites, while meeting industrial level protection
standards such as anti-static discharge and electromagnetic
interference.
Environmental adaptability: Operating temperature range of 0 to 60
° C (typical industrial equipment standard), storage temperature
range of -40 to 85 ° C, relative humidity ≤ 95% (no condensation),
suitable for complex industrial environments.
Functional features: As a core component of PLC, it supports basic
functions such as logic control, timing counting, and data
processing, and may integrate communication interfaces (such as
RS-485) to achieve device networking
